Mrs. Vani Joseph is a dynamic pedagogical leader with international experiences. She has fifteen (15) years experience in the educational industry, and has worked as a passionate International Baccalaureate (IB) educator in IB world schools such as Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School in Jakarta Indonesia, Fairview International School, Ipoh and Johor Bharu in Malaysia, Fountainhead International School in India with multicultural exposure.

Mrs. Vani Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics, two Master’s degrees in Business Administration with Human Resources Management, and Commerce in Finance and Audit from Mother Teresa Women’s University, she also holds a Master’s degree in Education from Alagappa University.

Empowered and engraved in the IB philosophy and its Learner Profile attributes, she has also attained Category Three training from the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), and has trained facilitators in IB Dunia Teacher’s Conferences, PYP Network (Asian Pacific) teacher’s collaborative training, in-house training programs for the past ten (10) years, and takes pleasure in nurturing leadership qualities in students and facilitators.

Mrs. Vani Joseph has written books on management studies for the MBA program. Her aim is to bring innovative ideas which is incorporated with technological advancement that supports students with inclusive education.
