Mr. Paulraj has sixteen years of a successful proven track of being a dedicated leader of Human Resources within leading international hospitality organizations, educational, construction & manufacturing industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras, a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi, and a Master’s degree in Business Management with specialization in Human Resources from National Institute of Business Management.

Mr. Paulraj has held positions such as Head of Personnel and Administration in the Academy for Skill Development, India, and Manager of Human Resources in several projects & offices of M/s. ESSAR Projects in India and Indonesia. He has been awarded as the Best Cadet in I (TN) BTY NCC unit and has trained in a prestigious Indian Military Academy.

To unwind, he enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for traveling and music. His zeal for education can be summed up in the words of Nelson Mandela, ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which can be used to change the world.
