Founder’s Note

Born and raised in Ghana, West Africa, having an Indian ethnicity and being exposed to Many cultures, I noticed from a very young age that emotional and mental struggles were always ignored, or worse, talked about with shame and often hidden. From a very young age, I wanted to improve the way emotional struggles were communicated and wondered if there was a profession that provided the right kind of care to our minds and the heaviness in our hearts, that we often couldn’t share. Psychology became my world even before officially pursuing it in university, and till today my main goal is to create a safe space for people to not feel alone in their struggles
