Welcome to Platinum Tours and Travels Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website https://platinumtoursgh.com/ (“Website”) and booking our tours, travel services, or related products, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Use of Website

· The Website is available for personal and non-commercial use only.

· You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access, or violation of applicable laws.

· You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking (Example: personal details, passport information) is accurate and complete.

2. Booking Payments

· Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as communicated during booking.

· Deposits, balances and ticketing deadlines are advised per booking; missing them may cause cancellation/prices changes.

· Our service/handling fees are quoted separately and non-refundable once rendered.

· E-tickets/vouchers are sent to the contact details you provide; please crosscheck for accuracy.

· Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedi (GHS), unless displayed or stated otherwise and are subject to availability and changes (Example: exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges).

· Payment can be made via our approved methods (bank transfer, direct deposit, mobile money, credit card etc.).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

· Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or official contact form).

· Cancellation charges may apply depending on the service provider’s (airlines, hotels, transport) policies.

· Some services may be non-refundable (e.g., visa fees, insurance, promotional packages).

· Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 14–30 working days].

· No-show bookings typically forfeit most or all value. Contact us before travel time whenever possible.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

· Travelers are responsible for ensuring the possession of valid passports, visas, health certificates and vaccinations, insurance, and other required documents.

· We are not liable for refusal of entry, deportation, or fines due to incomplete/invalid travel documents.

· Any additional costs incurred due to non-compliance are the traveller’s responsibility.

5. Travel Insurance

· We strongly recommend that all traveller’s purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other risks.

· The Company will not be liable for costs arising from incidents where insurance coverage is not purchased.

6. Changes and Modifications by Company

· The Company reserves the right to change itineraries, services, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, overbooking, government regulations).

· Where changes are significant, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives of equal or similar value.

7. Liability & Indemnity

· We act only as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators).

· We are not liable for delays, losses, damages, accidents, or expenses caused by third parties, natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events.

· Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us as service fees for affected bookings. You indemnify us for losses from your breach, misstatements and chargebacks or fraud.

8. Customer Conduct

· You must behave respectfully during tours, follow local laws, customs, and supplier rules.

· The Company reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a traveller’s behaviour is disruptive or endangers others.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described therein. We process personal data under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

11. Force Majeure

· The Company shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.

· Such events include but are not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, acts of war, terrorism, labour strikes, civil unrest, adverse weather, technical failures, or other unforeseeable circumstances (“Force Majeure Events”).

· In the event of a Force Majeure, we will make every effort to reschedule, provide alternatives, or issue partial refunds where possible, but full refunds may not always be guaranteed.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

· These Terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of Ghana.

· Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra, Ghana.

13. Complaint Email info@platinumtoursgh.com with booking reference, dates and supporting documents. We will liaise with the provider on your behalf.

14. Change of Terms

We may update these Terms; the version on our website at booking time applies.
